ada, whose third-party contract with Oshawa will be canceled in the spring of 2000, the company said. Oshawa said the restructuring was in progress prior to the announcement that Empire Co., Stellarton, Nova Scotia, would buy controlling interest in Oshawa and Empire has consented to the restructuring. That deal is scheduled to be completed by mid-December, Oshawa said.
