Skin Softener Introduced
Stevens Skin Softener, marketed by a Murray, Utah, company of the same name, is formulated especially for difficult skin problems, such as eczema, psoriasis and atopic dermatitis of the hands and feet. The all-natural ingredients include jojoba, avocado, almond, apricot and aloe vera gel. The product was developed by Howard Stevens, a diabetic who sought to treat his own dry skin problems.
PediaSure Gets New Flavors
PediaSure, from the Ross Products Division of Abbott Laboratories, Abbott Park, Ill., is now available in chocolate, strawberry and banana cream. PediaSure is a liquid nutritional product for children 1 to 10 years old, and is packaged in six-packs of 8-oz. cans.
Flu Remedy Is Derived from Plants
1st Sneeze! is a cold and flu remedy made from organically grown whole Echinacea plants cultivated in the Cascade Mountains of Washington. Marketed by Trout Lake Farm, Trout Lake, Wash., the product contains Echinacea purpurea, Echinacea angustifolia and grain alcohol in a 50-mL bottle.
