icipant's manual and a leader's manual. This second segment of IDDA's Bakery Training and Certificate Program is designed for training sales associates with little or no previous experience in the in-store bakery, said Mary Kay O'Connor, IDDA's director of education.

Part one of the training series, covering customer service, was released last June. IDDA expects to have parts three, four and five, which focus on safe handling of products, merchandising and management, ready for release at its 1995 seminar and exposition, set for June 18 to 20 in San Jose, Calif. Each course segment is available in two ways: Option 1 includes one videotape, one leader's manual and one participants' manual. Option 2 includes six participants' manuals along with the videotape and leader's manual. The price for IDDA members for Option 1 is $95; for Option 2, $143. Prices are slightly higher for nonmembers, O'Connor said.

All five segments, if ordered together, will be offered at a special price, for a limited time, O'Connor said. For more information, call (608) 238-7908.
