MINNEAPOLIS -- Pillsbury Co. here is rolling out a new store fixture for its brands of refrigerated baked goods. It is designed to reduce wasted air space and result in up to 50% more product visibility per shelf and up to 25% more cubic inventory. Jewel Food Stores, Melrose Park, Ill., and H.E. Butt Grocery Co., San Antonio, tested the display in stores in July.
