HISPANIC PHONE CARD

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. -- Intelecard Resources recently introduced a Spanish-language version of its Telecard, a prepaid promotional phone card. Telecard provides corporate marketing messages, along with 10 to 60 free long-distance minutes, thus allowing Hispanics to make international calls to friends and family in their home countries. "The introduction of the Spanish-language Telecard was driven by customers," said Pablo del Real, marketing director. "A number of clients wanted to attract Hispanic consumers, and they were asking for Telecard in Spanish." Promotional messages are heard in the voice prompt, which is played each time the card is used.
