Starring Julianne Moore ("The Hours," "The End of the Affair") as a jingle-writing, 1950s stay-at-home mom, the movie is based on a book of the same name. It follows the true story of Evelyn Ryan, a mother of 10 who often provided for her family by entering and winning sponsored writing contests. DreamWorks told SN that the targeted marketing program will include a national print and broadcast publicity campaign, as well as an online effort. The DVD will be available on March 14.

WEYMOUTH, Mass. - Sniffers are getting bigger. Chomp here is introducing new 8-ounce resealable stand-up pouch packages for its Sniffers dog snacks. The new packages are an extension of Sniffers single-serve packs that are sold as impulse items at checkouts. IRVINGTON, N.Y. - Poison Ivy, be gone! Medtech Products, a Prestige Brands company here, has introduced new Dermoplast Poison Ivy Treatment. This over-the-counter foaming lotion combines ingredients to stop itch and to isolate and remove the toxic oils that cause the poison ivy rash before they spread to other parts of the body. Medtech will offer $3-$5 rebates and a six-piece in-store display including educational brochures timed to coincide with the summer season. There will also be print advertising in women's consumer magazines as well as People, Field & Stream, Golf Digest, Backpacker, Runner's World and Shape.
