LAUREL, Md. -- The Retailer's Bakery Association is reviving its Creative Cake Decorating Competition after a year's lapse. RBA's third such contest will be staged on the show floor at the association's Marketplace 2003 expo, April 5-7, in Anaheim, Calif. Last year, the competition was suspended because RBA's expo in Atlantic City, N.J., in conjunction with New Jersey and New York affiliates, was held in a different format, Sharise Esh, the association's marketing director, told SN. As in past years, this year's competition will include several categories and will feature the best of the best decorators chosen in regional contests.
