WEST BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- United Food and Commercial Workers Local 791 here said that Shaw's decision to put its Star Markets banner on two replacement stores in Harwich, Mass., and Marshfield, Mass., is part of an effort to hamper unionization of the two stores. Star Markets, a Cambridge, Mass.-based chain Shaw's acquired in 1999, was never unionized, said a Local 791 spokesman.
