NEW YORK — SN is soliciting nominations for its first-ever Supplier Leadership Awards, which will recognize manufacturers for excellence in sustainability, food safety, cost efficiency, executive leadership and more than a dozen other areas.
Nominations can be submitted by retailers, suppliers and other industry members through July 7 via SN's Supplier Leadership Awards nominations survey here.
Suggestions that include details on how efforts were achieved, including mention of specific retailer trading partners and even retailers' testimonial quotes, will stand the best chance of winning. SN's editors will select the winners and profile them in the Oct. 10 issue of SN.
This awards program is a successor to SN's Category Excellence Awards, which recognized retailers' trading partners for leadership in specific Center Store, Nonfood and Fresh Market categories.
