LAS VEGAS -- Desert sunshine put a warm spin on the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association's 39th annual conference and expo, with impressive increases in both the number of exhibitors and attendees. Among those roaming the aisles in search of new products, ideas and services were retailers large and small from all over North America. Among the hot trends were ethnic flavors, premium quality and plenty of product variety.
