TERMINATED K.V. EMPLOYEE GUILTY IN BURGLARY PLOT

Mart attorney as an employee of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union.

The defendants have filed a notice of appeal with the Los Angeles Court of Appeals to reverse the convictions. James Varga, an attorney for the two men, declined comment on the circumstances of the case or the basis for an appeal.
