They pointed out several things they didn't like about bakeries, and found some kind words to say about the deli. Here's some of what they thought.

d don't see gloves or a hairnet and they say, 'May I help you?' I say, 'No, thank you,' and walk out."

"I know butter is not good for you, but it tastes better. I don't care. I get the most decadent things and then I walk 10 miles to burn off the calories."

"You'll pay more money for something that's worth it."

"Our supermarket has an attractive bakery and the display case looks good."
