Loutit oversees operations at A&P, Food Emporium and Waldbaum's in New York, Super Fresh in Pennsylvania and A&P in New England. Sturken continues to oversee the Farmer Jack operations in Michigan and adds oversight of Kohl's in Wisconsin.
