Classroom instruction will be supplemented by classroom visits by senior food industry executives, including John Burgon, president, Ralphs Grocery Co.; Bill Coyne, president, Raley's; Dale Henley, president and chief executive officer, Haggen; Dave Hirz, president, Food 4 Less Foods Co.; Dave Simonson, president of the Southern California division of Albertsons; Don Alvarado, senior vice president, Smart & Final; Susan Klug, group president, Catalina Marketing Corp., and Tom Keller, president, Vons, a division of Safeway.
