TORRANCE, Calif. -- One day after closing the sale of 45 stores in Oregon and Washington to Blockbuster, Dallas, Video City, here, announced plans this month to acquire West Coast Entertainment Corp., Philadelphia. The deal, worth $24.5 million in stock, according to press reports, is expected to close by the end of the year.
