SPRINGFIELD, N.J. -- Village Super Market here said a new store acquisition and improved gross margins boosted sales 6.3% and earnings 22% in its 13-week fiscal third quarter ended April 29.
the nine-month period, net income grew 71% to $5.6 million, and sales increased 8.5% to $600 million.
