AUSTIN, Texas -- Whole Foods Market here said last week it will continue its ambitious pace of expansion over the next 18 months. The country's largest chain of natural-food supermarkets has already opened 10 units this year. It said it will open four additional stores before the end of 1999, 10 stores in the first half of 2000 and five to 10 stores in the second half of next year.
