MINNEAPOLIS -- The Food Marketing Institute's Whole Health Solutions Workshop brought retailers, wholesalers and other experts to Minneapolis for one of the industry's most uniquely structured conferences. Built around store tours at units of Kowalski's, Lunds, Byerly's and Cub Foods, attendees discussed the opportunities for the whole health market in terms of what they saw in those stores. They also heard presentations on trends, research and what retailers were doing elsewhere.
