ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Renowned deli retailer Zingerman's Delicatessen here has announced the company's latest round of retailer seminars, to be held in late 1997 through 1998.

Other sessions include "Award-Winning Merchandising," Oct. 6 to 7, 1997 and April 20 to 21, 1998; "The Art of Giving Great Service," Oct. 27, 1997 and Feb. 9, 1998; "Bottom-Line Training," Oct. 28, 1997 and Feb. 10, 1998; and "Specialty Foods 101," May 18 to 19, 1998.
