IDDBA 2013: New Bakery Fish

This little guy was a hit on the show floor yesterday. Delimanjoo, a Korean style cake, is filled with custard.

The outside is made with a not overly sweet, chewy dough that reminded me of Italian coffee cookies.

Because of the whimsical presentation and subtle flavor, I can see delimanjoo becoming popular with both the young and young at heart.
