My Big Fat Gluten-Free Wedding Cake

By my estimate, there are nearly 300 gluten-free products on the show floor here at Expo West. Everything from bread and cake mixes to snacks and cereals. So, this was a surprise: two pastry chefs applying fondant and decorative flourishes to a gluten-free wedding cake at the Pamela's Products booth. Wow, gluten-free has reached a high point when an exhibitor is staging a show like this.
