Ruth Kinzey, MA, is founder and president of The Kinzey Company (www.kinzeycompany.com). For the past 30 years, Ruth has helped organizations protect and enhance their reputations through communication strategy development and implementation. Spending a third of her career in grocery retail, she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Communication and Public Affairs for Stop & Shop/Giant-Landover.
