RICHMOND, Va. — Ukrop’s here is the latest retailer to show its earth-friendly side. The retailer has launched recyclable bags made of non-woven polypropylene mesh. Each costs 99 cents, but users get a 5-cent credit each time they use them. “Recycle, reduce and reuse with Ukrop’s,” the retailer writes on promotional materials.
