JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Winn-Dixie stores here is continuing its aggressive baby club push with an offer for $10 off a $40 purchase. Baby club members receive a $10 coupon by mail each time they spend $25 on baby-related products in a single transaction. The promotion, which kicked off last week and runs through Aug. 21, joins another baby club offer for a free baby DVD. Loyalty club holders who make a purchase at www.sosmart.com, a company specializing in educational products for children, can choose one of two free DVDs: “So Smart! Colors” for babies, or “King Otis Patience” for kids, a $20 value. The coupon and DVDs are among many programs that Winn-Dixie runs throughout the year to promote the club, which rewards members with $10 back for every 200 baby club points earned. Members earn one point for each $1 spent on baby products. Earned club points are printed at the bottom of customer receipts.
