CHANDLER, Ariz. — Bashas’ has rolled out a series of new color-coded shelf tags to help shoppers identify savings throughout the store. In a mailer it sent to shoppers this week, it introduced its red “As Advertised!” tag that’s used with advertised specials; green “Price Cut!” used to identify in-store specials; and blue “National Brand Quality Great Low Price!” tags that let shoppers know they can save up to 35% on Food Club and Top Care brands. Coupons for a free loaf of Bashas’ crusty bread, and a free 16-ounce bag of Dole Salad, were also featured. Each is redeemable with a minimum $10 purchase. The coupons can’t be used together.
