Coke and L'Oreal Producing Beauty Drink
NEW YORK -- The Coca-Cola Co. and L‘Oreal are partnering to launch a beauty beverage in 2008. According to a report in Brandweek, Atlanta-based Coca-Cola has trademarked the nutraceutical beverage, Lumae¢, as tea-based and ready to drink. Still in the early stages of development, it is expected to contain ingredients that will help women care for their skin, said Brandweek, here. Coke and L'Oreal, also here, are interested in marketing and distributing the beverage like a beauty brand, with early plans for placement in Saks Fifth Avenue.Subscribe / Renew to Supermarket News
