ISELIN, N.J. — Allegiance Retail Services here said Tuesday that it has appointed Jacqueline Gomes as corporate dietitian.
Gomes, who previously served in a similar role at Pathmark Stores, will provide nutritional information and shopping tips to customers of Allegiance member stores, which operate under the Foodtown, D’Agostino’s, Freshtown and La Bella Marketplace banners. Gomes began her career as a clinical dietitian and went on to provide dietary counseling at a private practice.
John T. Derderian, vice president of sales/marketing/member development and services of Allegiance, stated, “We are pleased to welcome Jacqueline to Allegiance. With the addition of Jacqueline to our team, we will enhance the nutritional, dietary and lifestyle advice we provide to our customers.”
