MONTVALE, N.J. — A&P here on Friday said Brenda Galgano, senior vice president and chief financial officer, has resigned, effective March 27.
The retailer, which filed for bankruptcy protection in December, reported the resignation in a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
Galgano was named CFO in 2005 and became treasurer last year. She had been corporate controller since 2002 and was named senior vice president in 2004.
