Jewel-Osco, the Chicago-area division of Albertsons, said Tuesday it has named Doug Cygan VP of marketing and merchandising. Cygan, who has been director of grocery since Albertsons acquired Jewel-Osco from Supervalu last year, was named interim VP, marketing and merchandising, in January, succeeding Ken Diehl, who left the company.
