MIDDLETOWN, N.J. — Food Circus Super Markets, a 10-unit Foodtown operator based here, last week said it has named Louis J. Scaduto Jr. president of the company, according to reports. He succeeds Joe Azzolina Sr., who died last month. Scaduto, who began working at the company at age 14, previously had been executive vice president and chief operating officer.
