SAN ANTONIO — H.E. Butt Grocery Co. last week said it has promoted Bob Loeffler to president, and named Craig Boyan to succeed him as chief operating officer. Loeffler (pictured), who joined H-E-B in 1979, had been COO since 2003. As president, he succeeds Fully Clingman, who retired in 2002.
