The National Grocers Association, Arlington, Va., said Wednesday it is expanding the duties of two executives: Matthew R. Ott and Greg Ferrara.
Ott has been named VP of operations, a new title. He had been VP, membership and information technology, since early 2011 and will retain responsibilities for membership service offerings and technology while adding responsibility for management of NGA Expo and all advertising sales.
Ferrara, VP of public affairs since 2012, will add responsibilities as head of government relations and communications and as NGA’s chief lobbyist, succeeding Tom Wenning, who retired in January.
