Riesbeck Food Markets said it has named Jennifer R. Kiger treasurer of the family-owned chain, based in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
She succeeds Edward L. Schmitt, who recently transitioned to treasurer emeritus.
Kiger is a 14-year veteran of the company who began her career working in various store-level accounting positions. She recently completed her MBA degree at Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia.
Founded in 1926, Riesbeck Food Markets operates 15 supermarkets in Ohio and West Virginia.
