If 2015 was the year that the natural and organic trend went mainstream, what does 2016 hold?
That is among the questions SN poses to the industry in its annual Whole Health industry survey. The 17-question survey gives retailers, suppliers and other industry insiders the opportunity to share their thoughts on the state of health and wellness in supermarkets and the issues affecting growth of natural/organic food, the eating trends likely to drive new sales, debate on labeling and pricing, and competition between retail channels for wellness sales.
