Two new Hy-Vee stores will feature medical clinics

Hy-Vee and North Memorial Health Care will open walk-in medical clinics at two new Hy-Vee stores in Minneapolis, later this month.

The clinics will be staffed by North Memorial physicians assistants and nurses and will offer primary care for a number of common illnesses such as strep throat, ear infections, influenza and more. In addition, primary care providers will provide wellness tests and screenings, such as sport physicals, and administer vaccines.

"Hy-Vee's top priority is taking care of its customers. With the North Memorial Express Clinics in our new Oakdale and New Hope stores, our customers will not only have access to our in-store dietitians and pharmacists, but now they will be able to seek health, wellness and preventive care services all in one stop," said Andy McCann, Hy-Vee's EVP, chief administrative officer and vice chairman, in a statement. "We are excited to partner with North Memorial so that we can continue to help our customers lead happier, healthier lives."
