Safeway Prostate Cancer Fund Raising Includes Music Promotion

PLEASANTON, Calif. — Safeway said this week it will again partner with emerging musical artist Jeff Austin Black to raise money for prostate cancer research. As part of the company's commitment to raise $6.5 million this month for the fight against prostate cancer, a special CD with three songs from Black's upcoming album "Human" will be available in Safeway stores nationwide. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Prostate Cancer Foundation, Santa Monica, Calif.
