Jul 15, 2008 6:00 AM
PHOENIX — Sprouts Farmers Market here has launched a new website it said will help improve the shopping experience and the overall health and wellness of its shoppers. The newly reorganized site allows shoppers to link to weekly specials and gift cards, access health information and recipes, and sign up for in-store events and lectures, Sprouts said. “Our customers tell us that our stores are fun to shop, and they enjoy the unique experience of finding great values on healthier foods. We wanted to convey that same concept with our new website design,” Doug Sanders, senior vice president and chief operations officer for Sprouts, said in a statement. The natural and organic chain operates 25 stores, with seven locations scheduled to open later this summer.
