ADA to Unveil New Consumer Research at Healthy Baking Seminar

The American Dietetic Association will report exclusive new research on consumer attitudes toward better-for-you baked goods, as well as shoppers’ understanding of topics such as trans fats and omega-3 fatty acids, at the Healthy Baking Seminar on March 5, co-located with the Natural Products Expo West show.

ANAHEIM, Calif. — The American Dietetic Association will report exclusive new research on consumer attitudes toward better-for-you baked goods, as well as shoppers’ understanding of topics such as trans fats and omega-3 fatty acids, at the Healthy Baking Seminar on March 5, co-located here with the Natural Products Expo West show.

The seminar series, presented by SN sister publications Modern Baking and Baking Management, will also include technical sessions on fiber attributes and applications; a round-robin breakout session where attendees can meet with baking experts; a presentation on managing nutrition label challenges; and a demonstration session on healthful baking tips and techniques in action.
