SEATTLE — Amazon.com here is planning to launch a dry-grocery offering in the U.K., according to reports on Friday. The online retailer began offering a selection of 10,000 grocery SKUs in the U.S. in 2006. It has since expanded that selection of dry grocery items, and, in 2007, began a limited test of perishables near its headquarters here.
