A&P, C&S Reach ‘Innovative’ Distribution Agreement

A&P on Monday announced it has signed a 10-year distribution deal with C&S Wholesale Grocers that combines previously separate agreements between C&S and A&P and its affiliates.

A new contract was among the areas A&P sought to drive synergies as a result of its acquisition of Pathmark. Both A&P and Pathmark had separate distribution agreements with C&S.
