MONTVALE, N.J. — A&P here will utilize Sensormatic Analytics business intelligence solutions powered by Retail Expert, from ADT, Boca Raton, Fla., to monitor cashier activities in a combined total of more than 400 outlets.
The Sensormatic Analytics suite provides retailers with data to help uncover various sources of store losses and reduce shrink, said ADT.
The application “helps meet both our short-term and long-term objectives, offering us solutions that can monitor not only our POS activities, but also our pharmacy and direct store delivery areas,” said Don Terreri, A&P’s senior director of asset protection, in a statement.
