SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Big Y Foods here has completed the rollout of a customer marketing system, Retalix Loyalty, from Dallas-based Retalix, at its 57 stores in New England.
Big Y, which also employs Retalix’s StoreLine point-of-sale system, will use the loyalty application to handle targeted promotions, providing explanations of promotions on register receipts.
The software ties together centralized operations, marketing management and special promotions, said Retalix.
