BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge here yesterday declined to void the labor contract that Bruno's Supermarkets has with its employees as the company prepares itself for auction this week. Bruno's had sought to have the contract thrown out, claiming it made it impossible to sell the chain.
