SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The California Grocers Association here said it has named Karla Seijas as manager of government relations. She succeeds John Armstrong, who left CGA after a year in that position. Seijas will be responsible for bill tracking and analysis, regulatory analysis, member relations and coalition development and will participate on a variety of advisory committees. She was formerly community affairs specialist and political aide with the Los Angeles office of the Consulate General of Israel.
