Coborn’s Launches Mobile Shopping App

ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Coborn’s has launched a mobile shopping program compatible with iPhone and Android smartphones that allows shoppers to view circular specials, in-store specials, recipes and mobile offers.

ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Coborn’s has launched a mobile shopping program compatible with iPhone and Android smartphones that allows shoppers to view circular specials, in-store specials, recipes and mobile offers.

The app was developed by Grocery Shopping Network, Minneapolis.

“We’re very excited to launch our iPhone and Android mobile apps,” said Chris Coborn, president and chief executive officer of Coborn’s, in a statement. “With so many cell phone users now using iPhone and Android smartphones, these mobile apps reinforce our commitment to creating a quick and easy online grocery shopping experience. They help give customers time back into their day so they can focus on what matters most to them.”

Coborn’s new mobile program provides shoppers with completely integrated mobile circular with built-in search capabilities; department and brand filtering; the ability to add items manually as well as from the circular or recipe portal; sharing capabilities; access to the searchable recipe portal; a store map, location finder and the ability to save a favorite store; as well as contact info, profile syncing and shopping list management. The shoppers can also make a list online and immediately access a saved list on their smartphone as well as make a list on their phone and see it online with GSN’s profile synchronization.

Coborn's owns and operates 38 Coborn's and Cash Wise Foods grocery stores in the Upper Midwest.
