ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Coborn's Inc. here it has named Becky Estby to the newly created position of vice president of organizational development, reporting to Chris Coborn, president and chief executive officer.
Estby will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs; assessing organizational structures and development opportunities; and serving as an expert on optimizing performance throughout the organization.
She has more than 21 years of human resources experience, and most recently was with Minneapolis-based Atterro Inc. (formerly Pro Staff) in a variety of human resources leadership capacities, including vice president of human resources.
