Connecticut is presently the only state that bans the popular packaging for these alcoholic drinks.

Frozen pouches of premixed cocktails and coolers have been so desired by consumers that they’ve helped spirit sales outpace those of wine in supermarkets.

The most popular brand is Daily’s Frozen Cocktail Pouches. With $89.2 million in year-one sales it was the tenth most popular new food or beverage introduced last year, according to IRI.
