SCARBOROUGH, Maine — At least two class-action lawsuits were filed last week on behalf of customers of Hannaford Bros. here and sister chain Sweetbay whose credit card numbers were put at risk after security breach. Philadelphia-based Berger & Montague said it filed suit in U.S. District Court in Portland, Ore., alleging that the chains, owned by Brussels-based Delhaize Group, did not provide adequate security.
