Executive Chefs Join Sam's Brigade

BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Sam’s Club has teamed with eight executive chefs to provide restaurant-quality mealtime solutions through January as part of its Simply Delicious Chef Brigade partnership.

Recipes for Summer Shrimp Cobb Salad, Cherry Yum Yum, Summer Saucy Ribs and others will be featured alongside printer-friendly shopping lists at samsclub.com/meals and demoed in-store by the chefs themselves. Brigade members include Molly Hawks, executive chef at Hawks, San Francisco; TV star and executive chef of Dallas-based Brownstone, Casey Thompson; and Dale Levitski of Top Chef All Star fame and executive chef of Sprout, Chicago.

"It can be challenging to invent new weekday dishes or to spice up your usual meals, especially when so many Americans are always on the run," said Shawn Baldwin, senior vice president of fresh and freezer/cooler at Sam's Club, in a release. "Our members — busy parents and restaurant chefs alike — depend on Sam's Club for easy-to-find, quality food options and ingredients that simplify mealtime planning and solutions."
