MINNEAPOLIS — The compensation of top executives at Target Corp. here was down significantly in 2007, according to a filing yesterday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Robert J. Ulrich, chairman and chief executive officer, received $12.2 million, including salary, bonuses, stock, stock options and other compensation, compared with $36.4 million in 2006.
